AFFINIS® Polyvinylsiloxane (PVS) Impression Material
AFFINIS® is a premium two-component, addition-curing polyvinylsiloxane (PVS) impression material designed for high-precision dental impressions. Available in a full range of viscosities, AFFINIS includes both wash materials (Regular Body, Fast Regular Body, Light Body, Fast Light Body, PRECIOUS Regular & Light Body) and tray materials (Putty, Putty Soft, Fast Putty Soft, Putty Super Soft, Heavy Body, Fast Heavy Body, MonoBody, and AFFINIS BLACK EDITION).
After manual mixing or automatic mixing with a standard mixing tip, AFFINIS forms a smooth, hydrophilic paste that delivers excellent detail reproduction. It can be used alone or in combination with other AFFINIS viscosities and is compatible with standard or custom impression trays.
Autoclaving Instructions
AFFINIS impressions can be steam-sterilized for added safety:
Use autoclavable trays and adhesives (e.g., PRESIDENT Tray AC, COLTENE Adhesive AC).
Rinse the impression thoroughly under lukewarm running water.
Impressions may be autoclaved immediately after removal.
Sterilize at 134 °C / 273 °F (Prion program).
For implant impressions, confirm with the implant manufacturer whether impression posts/components are autoclavable.

Relative humidity: 50% ±10%
Shelf life after opening: 3 months
Protect from heat and direct sunlight.
Disposal
Dispose of unused material and empty packaging according to local regulations. Completely emptied containers may be disposed of with household waste where permitted.
